Helene was supposed to hit TN and disrupt the vote there. Things were not that bad until they broke the dams. This has happened before in NC, in Princeville, couple decades ago. The town wasn't destroyed by the storm so the town opened the floodgates on the dam and it destroyed the oldest historic black town in the Country.
Let's find out. King's Mtn. NC was destroyed.
