It’s not logical the NC internet program would be ended for lack of funding, as the internet is vital to the Cabal’s agenda. It just conveniently ran out of funds 90 days ahead of Helene, at the beginning of fiscal Q4. It’s not logical Elon had to be asked to enable Starlink; remember Joel Osteen saying he didn’t open his mega church during Katrina because, “Nobody asked”.
