In the USAF, my troop was born in the US, raised in mainland China. His first trip to the united states was to enlist. Military service is mandatory but since he spoke English w/out an accent he was eligible to serve here. I only know all of this because I supervised him and he explained it to me. He also told me he didn't own anything of value because China consider him and anything he owned property of China. He constantly warned me 'China can't be trusted'. He served six years honorably and I was informed about a year ago, he used his GI bill to go to MIT and he's now in the chain of command that controls our eastern power grid. I have intensely mixed feelings about that…

What are talking about? As military, I didn't sleep in a tent, they booked us a 4 star hotel on the beach in Hawaii. Stayed at the Ritz once downtown Georgia, or Hilton extended stay which is basically a suite w/a kitchen and maids. I felt guilty as shit every damn time but it was prepaid on my orders, didn't have any say.
