I just wish more people would have grasped this long ago when there were still clear warning signs yet the economy was decent enough to be prepared without breaking your bank. Today it's almost too late for many and the price inflation makes what was possible 10 years ago nearly impossible today. Damn I did try my best to warn others even before Obongo was elected!
