No end the DHS, they are the controlling entity over a whole bunch of stuff, just like they are over TSA & Border Patrol. They are the ones shifting monies.

Here's the thing, all of this can be true at the same time because there is no one central entity that can know everything that is happening.

I was here when I went through hurricane Michael and from that experience I can except that. It took a week for the troops to get there, locals got busy as soon as it was over. So you had help having to cut their way in and locals cutting/clearing to get out. And the coastal damage is flat. We were ground zero for recovery and it took that long for it to get setup. 11 days without power AT ground zero. The first gas trucks were not open to the public because the gas was needed for the atvs, equipment etc. Then it was limited & cash only.

It's like being in a war zone afterwards, it's surreal, all your markers (turn left at the walgreens) are gone etc. Help is coming but it is slow due to the circumstances and this is huge, HUGE. And I think there are many, many places that we are unaware of yet.

2 of the hotels on mexico beach taken by Michael just reopened this year, the hurricane was in 2025. I hope recovery here is faster but I doubt it as the winter months this year will be a hinderence.

Michael was a cat 5 in 2018

Took out Tyndall AFB, damage all the way to Dothan AL and I drove through all of that area for a year. This is 10x worse at least.
