sheriffs should be a line in the sand but many are corrupted no matter the party. The election of sheriffs much likes judges is a problem because when they are listed on the ballot they do not list party affiliation, because they are supposed to be unbiased. So they it just becomes two names on the ballot. Party should not matter but partiality exists. That needs to change also.
