the curious case of USMC Capt Mike Ohler
New article in the NYP that says capt Ohler was shot by a sniper days before the Beruit barracks bombing, includes a detail I can’t find anywhere else that says Capt Ohler (helicopter pilot) resigned his commission just prior to his death.
The IDF left the area approximately 1 month before the compressed air assisted bombing (that screams mossad to me!). What really happened in Lebanon prior to the bombing? Was it the mossad and CIA trying to get us and the multinational force out of the area?
PLO members that were offered safe passage were promptly killed in their camps after the assignation of the new Lebanese leader. I need to do more research on this horrific event. In boot camp, we only touched on the loss of our brothers, not the background of why we were there.
I think our marines were 9/11’d aka USS Liberty’d.
