I noticed Trump seemed strangely distracted earlier in the speech, he repeated himself, stumbled and stuttered. Like he was dragging for time.

Then Ave Maria played after that Trump is back to being the regular Trump.

I believe operations were carried out, and he was giving orders. Ave Maria was either the go sign or the 'operation successful' acknowledgement.

Or I could just be completely schizo and am reading into things.
