I've recently found that a significant change in my diet, staying away from heavy and processed foods like breads and oils, seems to have resulted in not actually needing very much sleep, if any at all. Assuming my assessment is correct, I could see similar revelations resulting in people losing faith entirely in the basic blueprint for living which we were taught, and getting themselves seriously hurt by attempting different things which they don't understand well enough to actually make work.

People love to copy others who they perceive as being more successful than they are, yet they very rarely put any serious effort into understanding what they're copying.

Obviously. I brought it up as an example of how some people might manage to get themselves hospitalized by being presented with new information they don't really understand.

Been noticing a lot of sources presenting the argument that there used to be a globe spanning empire, in various ways. Sure feels to me as though they're trying to suggest that a global empire should exist.

It's hilarious to me, because everything I've learned about the people running things suggests that their whole power structure can only exist in isolation from reality, surrounded by others who provide an interface between their bullshit and the real world. So attempting to make their bullshit world a pervasive global reality is literally suicidal, whether they recognize it or not.

Yes, that's exactly the fake bullshit world which I was referring too. It is only capable of existing so long as people who actually live in the real world are able to provide an interface for it.
