🚨 URGENT CALL TO ACTION - STOP THE BIDEN/HARRIS US FORESTRY SERVICE🚨
Can you imagine if federal agencies permitted your car for someone else to use? How about your backyard, your BBQ, or your children's swingset? Now, imagine that same agency said they'll be removing your personal items from your car because they gave someone else a permit to use it?
This Tuesday, October 8th, the Biden/Harris U.S. Forestry Service has done exactly that and now plans to "impound" "unpermitted," "unbranded" cows, and horses on the Laney Range—land, this administration claims it has authority over, without any type of proof…just force.
Last year, the USFS resorted to shooting a range owner's herd in the same area—telling the media the cattle were "feral" and "unbranded."

However, the truth is that the terrain in this area is so treacherous it requires extremely skilled cowboys to move cattle off of. In addition, New Mexico lawmakers outlawed brands years ago, after animal rights groups lobbyied against the use of brands, calling the practice inhumane and barbaric.

The Laney Range is near the Gila National Forest, and due to its mere proximity and size, the United States Forestry Service has determined they have the administrative authority to decide how that land is used!
The Laney Range - deeded, titled, and OWNED by Kit Laney - has been in his family since before the state of New Mexico was ever incorporated, and before the USFS was even created. A deed that dates back to the American Homesteading Act of 1862, granting ownership that's never been in question until Chevron Deference was ruled on.
While Kit owns the water rights and pays ALL the taxes on every single acre, the administrative state believes it's entitled to determine how Kit can use his own land—just as the Biden administration determined how the Navajo Tribe could use their "sovereign" land, and exactly how its determined the Goss family can use their N.M. range…
What's the big deal? Just get a permit to use your own land…
Initially told his land could sustain 2,100 head of cattle, Kit Laney's father signed a permit with the USFS. BUT, that number quickly shrank to the point where the Laney family couldn't run enough cattle to even make a living.
When the permit expired, Kit decided not to sign it again, only to be arrested soon thereafter as he "might incite fellow ranchers." During that time, federal agents promised Kit his freedom if he would just sign over his water rights…. He NEVER did.
Now, they're coming out to "impound" Kit's cows and horses, which will likely end in slaughter, as it did last time. This time, we KNOW they're not feral. This time we know why they are not branded.
If you can't fathom living under an oppressive fuedal system where you must pay feudal overlords for the permission to even use what you "own," NOW is the time start considering that reality BEFORE YOU OWN NOTHING.
THIS is a call to action for those with moral courage to uphold their oath of office.
The STATE has the authority to step in and stop this. The elected Sheriff of Luna County has THE AUTHORITY TO STOP THIS.
