According to a video on this page, FEMA has now closed all waste management sites and are not allowing private contractors to dump waste from the flood areas, anywhere in the area. They are only allowing, unmarked vehicles that are registered to disaster victims to dump their waste. If these people lost their houses, they obviously lost their vehicles first, this should be obvious. So now contractors have to either dump at a expensive private,(mafia), waste facility or dump the garbage back on the residents. Knowingly.
