Im sure NOT ALL rifle/gun/evangelicals/christians are included in this statement. I think the point he was trying to make was that if more non-registered voters (that are Evangelical, rifle owners, gun owners) got out and registered, and voted for him, then his numbers would go up even more.
It's a rally cry to get people registered and out to vote, while there is still time.
