I'm kinda a USCG fan
Whenever we have hurricanes I check the buoys to see wave height, wind speed and water temps in area of storm. Seen some huge ones 75 ft + . Perfect storm was over 100 ft
For Helena didn't see huge waves. I did see water temps pushing 95 degrees. Typically 89 is the top most temp for oceans close to us.
I know lots of anons will start following buoys after this post. Maybe even screen shot outrageous water temps. Usually wind speeds are ripping. Helena was the lowest I've seen for wind speed. Highest for water temps. Harp? Dews?
