ions and dust have to come together to form static which will attract more ions and dust which will make a cloud. Laser stimulation, heat, RF will steer and stimulate the cloud.
Has anyone ever tracked SATELLITE POSITIONING when these hurricaines or happening? Or things like Maui fire? CAN WE EVEN track the position of satellites?
