Anon has been thinking how who and why would someone intentionally do this.
1: Cabal, Swamp etc.:
So their motives would be fairly obvious, swing state, natl. disaster opens door to stuffing ballots, increased access to lithium and quartz. Only problem if that if Trump or Patriots are in control I can't imagine Patriots allowing foreign military planes over American airspace to conduct missions to steer a storm.
2: Trump/ Patriots: Because of its proximity to Biltmore (see q drops re: pool) and its support system, one would imagine there is something nefarious on or around the area, or possibly underground. It probably bolsters support and moves the overton window on geoengineering to the American public (mainly the conservatives). That said, would they consider the loss of life there acceptable to the operation?
