No, another anon pointed out, I think he's referring to Heavy D Sparks on YouTube. Part of their qualification requires them to understand the relationship between the weight of the helicopter and the force of the downwash. If they try to land to close to or hover over a house, they can cause it to collapse. Even if it was an accident, that sort of lapse would get them written up/possibly grounded so it was clearly on purpose.
