Im not a meteorologist, but it does SLIGHTLY appear that the HIGH is moving enough south, that it may keep the storm mostly in the southern portion of the state.
There is a start/stop button located on the lower strip beneath the map. You can refresh and update the map, or it updates automatically every 5 mins. Diff views show various cloud cover, water vapor, fronts, etc.
