With all the recent postings related to weather control and modification, here's a couple pages from the early days of research into chemtrails, Morgellon's, and such. We're talking late 90's early 2000's time frame.
First, is the page that many of the patent references came from originally. Patently Obvious: A Partial History of Aerosol and Weather Related Technologies, July 30, 2003
"The history of interest in aerosol and weather related technologies and devices is evident when a list of related patents is compiled and examined, even a partial list. The following patents are all verifiable, along with additional information that can be found by reading the referrenced patents included in the documentation. " - http://www.seektress.com/patlist.htm
Second, from March 2000, is the story of one of the 2 people who founded CTTUSA, Chemtrail Tracking USA. It was a Yahoo group that maintained a message board, daily calendar of global reports of spraying activities. It also had discussions on weather issues, government documents, health-related issues, digging in general. At it's height, CTTUSA had over 3,000 members, detailed calendar history, and image and document collections. The Carnicom Institute (focus on Morgellons and still active - https://carnicominstitute.org/) was started by members of CTTUSA. The page has a long narrative first to tell the back story, but anons can just scroll past it to get to the goodies, long lists of VERY interesting visitors to her website. Executive Office Of The President, USA, Washington, DC (Clinton) to start. Crazy government, military, education, financial, international, etc entities who for some reason spent a lot of time on a web page about something that was not "real."
The late Chuck Shramek, of Hale Bopp comet "Saturn-like object" fame, co-wrote the page. He was attacked by the New York Times, etc after that incident. The comments in purple were remarks he wrote as well. The two of them were early research partners in Houston, until Chuck died in May of 2000 (2 months after this was posted originally) of an unusual and very fast moving cancer (diagnosed 2nd week of Feb 2000) never before seen by his oncologists. In Houston, that's saying something. At the time, he was very loud on Houston Rock 101 FM radio on the topic. A huge audience was learning about CTs.
The list of visitors alone on the page begs a big old WTF?!?!?! http://www.seektress.com/hits.htm
Many of the links on both pages may still be active, some will not be, due to age. Just shows how much many have known for a long time. It's worth checking out the history of research on these evil programs.
