Question- If a landowner loses their life due to Helene and there are minerals under his land, does the government/Black Rock get to come in and declare it theirs due to a "natural" disaster, or does and family of the landowner get to have any say about that? Wouldn't the family still own the land AND the mineral rights?
Because they won't get kickbacks from the $750?
