Question about those 2 tires, wouldn't those 2 tires acting as bumpers, rise-up off of the pylon in those winds? And if that happens, doesn't his boat crash into the dock until it sinks?
Question for Captains, do dock tires usually dislodge from their pylons during exceptionally strong winds gusts, or do they stay put? Thanks for your help.
