Hurricanes can be dispersed by coldness that overrides the heat and cold battle that is making it swirl into a whirlwind. If Military planes like C30's can fly over them at anytime, then it would almost be worth a try to drop as much crushed ice over them when out at sea. But if you could a large iceberg and put it somehow at it's base, that may be the quickest. Crazy thought right?
