This is not coming from a mosquito, I just had this happened to me when I picked up my garbage can about a week ago. This is coming from chemical sabotage, also analyze the victims, you will start to notice a pattern. This is actually cyanide and all cyanide plants are prime for harvesting in the last 2 weeks. Heavy doses will burn the skin and can swell an area. It all depends on the strength and dispersement. Many times it is combined with other sticky substances like adhesives or poison ivy so that it doesn't evaporate to quickly and adhere to the targeted individual. It take about 10-30 minutes after contact before it is realized depending on strength. I am 100% positive of this and we have been targeted for ages before we figured it out.
