Not OP and not speaking for him, but: it's in the eyes. If you ever stare a possessed person in the eyes, you will know what is looking back at you isn't human. What do I mean by "know"? Like the quote from "The Matrix" says:"…no one will have to tell you, you'll just know, balls to bone."
