However, a search of Global Times shows nothing. Neither do any of the papers such as Asia Times provide a link to the supposed article.
In this case, the Fact Check is correct: this did not happen as stated.
However, it is no secret that Soros hates China and desires to meddle in it "outside of America's interests."
The meme is factually false, while spiritually true.
