I was looking into Act Blue donors last year. Discovered a lot of people donating in the 2022 election were registered and donating from abandoned, destroyed properties (the kind that meth heads strip, no windows, no electrical wires, metal roof panels ripped off, at times roofs collapsed due to wood rot), no electricity, no water, etc. The address physically existed but there's no one living in these buildings, except for illegals crossing the border seeking temporary refuge from sun.

Have time? When you drive around, get addresses of abandoned buildings, cross reference donor files (state and federal). Public record.
