I wonder if that Comey post was the reason. I posted about that a few hours ago. He purposely painted the top of the shell white and put it on the crack as if saying a white, phosphorus, shell slipped through the crack. last time for stinger threats they put up .50 cal machine guns on a platform at the airport.
