Look at the amount and type of objections to the summit, and their sources, for the three weeks leading up to it. All were traceable to globalist fonts of information. Normal people had no problem with the summit - we've been having them forever. The very LAST thing that they wanted to see was Putin and Trump in the same room. Note, in particular, the objection to letting them speak alone, without observers or handlers. That is telling.
The many bombs dropped in the news conference were deliberate and specific for a reason. The combined effect was a shiv to the kidney of globalism. Mentioning Soros by name was as good as confirming the mutual suspicions most people in the US and Russia have of him already. It puts him and the cabal front and center, and makes it ridiculously hard for what is left of his organization to maneuver.
