Something random and interesting I just discovered during my digging and researching:

The Secretary Of State position has it's own Inspector General, not to be confused with the OIG (Horowitz currently). The Secretary of State appoints their own IG. For the 4 years Hillary was SOS (09-13), there was NO Inspector General for the SOS position. She didnt appoint one for her entire 4 year tenure
