i've been watching YT videos of places in switzerland and off the coasts of meditterranean, beautiful places, like heavenly
then i think about the US
and then i realize that i am a slave

i totally get that, we are slaves to a beast
but we are also slaves to other humans who have aligned with the beast against their fellow humans
when i watch the videos, i understand the beauty of these places is only temporal
Heaven is infinite and i have a home their waiting on me when my time is ready

i know who i belong to and who i serve
i'll reserve my limited human judgement on others to God, the only One who knows each heart intimately
