my observation about POTUS language at the presser: He was clearly reading from a prepared statement therefore it was written before he met with Putin. POTUS met alone and if he wanted a speech writer in there to take notes for a statement then the writer would have been there. He doesn't write his own speeches. He didn't come out and speak off the cuff. Must have been an interesting private meeting and most likely didn't involve much in the statement. Head fake on the MSM. My guess is they exchanged intel and Putin put the ball in POTUS court now that he has the intel
