A journalist with balls needs to ask the President in a way that seems confrontational " Mr. President, you have been brutal in your condemnation of leakers, however it appears that someone high up in your administration has been leaking intelligence under the name of Q. What are you doing to handle this leak?"
POTUS can then confirm Q as legitimate and say "We are aware of this leaker and are investigating."
