I'm betting #2. Here's why:
You don't conduct the world's largest dragnet / anti-corruption operation out in the open. It must be done quietly, and many deals must be made, to roll up the operation to its top. Joe Biden is a C_A creation (they all are?) and the Biden blackmail files must be legendary for them to exist in politics on that level for so long. If POTUS has agreed to let them stay out of the noose in exchange for their blackmail files and for a public endorsement by the big guy, I would not be surprised. half of the game seems to be to keep (((them))) guessing who has been flipped, to ratchet up pressure.
i think joe has been flipped. i think he will endorse Trump. and I think hunter's laptop will stay buried in return.
