HRC was a complete failure and embarrassment in dealing with Russia. The Russian govt did not take her and Hussein seriously as world players. They knew that Hussein was an empty suit and HRC was a gold digger looking for a big payday (she did handsomely from her bribery deals with Russia).

They both got played hard by Russia.
