Cabal has no borders - one world, remember? There is no reason to think Putin or the average Russian tried to meddle in the election. There is likely some evidence that Soros and cabal agents tried to meddle, on behalf of HRC. What Coates said is factually correct, IMO, but leaves out the key detail of WHICH Russians.
This can easily tie back into Putin inviting us to "C'mon over and let's dig", because he wants them outed in his own coutry as well. That's what I see if Coates is in on the plan. But I never read "Trust Coates" or DNI iirc…
