Re Elvis, I watched Bye Bye Birdie for nostalgia sake last night. 8 years old at the time, I remember two scenes. Anne Margaret changing under a large jumper & Elvis Presley as Birdie kissing AM in her bedroom during rehearsal & she fainting.
