Each State serving the needs of its citizens in the way that best suits their needs is the essence of the Republic. The current efforts to circumvent the Electoral College with the "Popular Vote Compact" among States is unConstitutional and perhaps even treasonous.

Also not a lawfag, but given RFK, Jr's struggles to remove his name from selected ballots, I've learned some things about various States' election processes. My guess is that, if HRC was swapped in last-minute, as POTUS candidate, this would divide the Dem vote because some States will not be able to change the names, and in many States, voting has already commenced. Dividing the vote would hand the election to DJT. However, given the current process of VP selection rather than election, HRC could be successfully swapped out for pedophile communist Walz.

They use these little robots at a university near me. The robots deliver food to dorm rooms. It's very common to find the robots tipped over or stuck in gutters or other navigation hazards. Because the robots bring food to the students, the students readily help the robots get back onto a navigable surface and on their way. At present, the navigation capabilities of the robots is not a a level where they can function without frequent human help.
