I take a teaspoon or so of it daily, but from what I read it is used also as a topical treatment for skin issues such as warts or age spots etc
from my experience the herb-tincture works better than you would ever expect if you are having reoccurring eczema, and quickly.
this ingredients list does not contain alcohol, but I was not able to find an English version of the contents.
I tried several options, even the lamisil cream that had limited effects, but the Swedish Bitter drops are definitely worth trying, likely rinses out parasites as well, that a topical cream wont.
I found this list of possible side effects and when to take caution using Maria Trebens Swedish Bitter drops, what to take note of etc.
The tincture has worked wonders for me, calming my skin within minutes and restoring the skin within an hour or so, but in moderation, especially for a child.
CONTRAINDICATIONS - WHO SHOULD NOT BE USING BITTERS MIXES?
Bitters mix should not be used by individuals that have intolerance to some medicinal plants that are part of the infusion, during diarrhea, intestinal obstruction, liver issues, pregnant woman and children up to 12 years. Swedish Bitters can also have a negative effect on the medications that you might be using. Always consult your doctor before taking Bitters Mix.
SIDE EFFECTS FROM SWEDISH BITTERS
Possible laxative effect.
If you have a liver or stomach disease you should avoid alcohol.
Taking Bitters Mix before, during and after your Candida Treatment is possible, but do not take Bitters mix for too long. Swedish Bitters contain berberine that is present in Oregon Grape root and Goldenseal. This plant is an alkaloid and can potentially damage your intestinal lining if taken for too long.
Depletion of potassium levels, can also be possible side effect that can lead to high blood pressure. However, if bitters is taken in small amounts and for about 2 weeks at a time, this side effect can be avoided.
Bitters mix can also cause dehydration especially in children, uterine bleeding and miscarriage in pregnant women. Not recommended for pregnant women, children under 12 and in the case of ulcer.
Do not use Bitters Mix if you experience abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, or if you have or develop diarrhea.

Thank you for the advice, I had sores on my hands eventually and fasted to try to kill of any fungus/parasite that could be causing it, eventually I tried to do a candida diet, lots of coconut oil, garlic, onions, cut all starchy foods, no bread, which definitely helped to lower and not to increase the problems I had.
the herbal tincture likely had better chances of working without foods that added to the problem, and it works with results within minutes.
I also recommend to look into a anti-candida treatment diet, as it was definitely aiding into my recovery, avoiding nightshades (potatoes/tomatoes) and regularly consuming coconut oil, and adding garlic and onions to my meals. And good amounts of beef liver.
