Basically yes. More precisely they are willing to have their security services and prosecutors conduct interviews IN RUSSIA of Russians accused in US courts, provided we are willing to do the same with respect to Americans accused in Russian courts.
BTW someone asked how the Russian translations are. I listened to the press conference and heard some of Putin's remarks in Russian. The simultaneous translation was not exact. I heard words omitted etc. But I suppose that's the nature of interpretation. To convey the meaning accurately enough and rapidly enough to keep up with the speaker.
