But some of those mouthing off today must surely realize that POTUS knows the full story and speaks with the benefit of inside baseball.
Are they hoping to curry favor with the DS in case the power pendulum swings and there’s a coup while POTUS is out of the country?
Whatever the reasons for hurling approbrium at POTUS today, it’s not great for optics and the guilty include certain people we have come to see as reliable supporters.
