Taking the current state of indoctrination in schools and the focus of their "protests," I think the deep state's plan was for war against Israel and Russia and those countries were given the heads up for a preemptive strike against the globalist deep state in POTUS Trump's first term. That's the current working theory anyway which is subject to change when new information surfaces.
