Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin issued an Executive Order on Elections on August 7, 2024. On October 11, 2024, the Department of Justice chose to sue Governor Youngkin on his Executive Order and the case is now in front of the Supreme Court. The basic issue at hand is the collision of two Federal Laws, the 1993 Motor Voter Law and 18USC611 Voting by Aliens.

Governor Youngkin’s Executive Order helped clarify abidance by the Commonwealth of Virginia on these two different Federal Election Laws. The National Voter Registration Act Of 1993 (NVRA) (often called “Motor Voter”) mandates the option to register to vote when applying for a Driver’s License in 44 states including Virginia.

There’s also 18USC611 called “Voting by Aliens”. For some reason this law is rarely cited or referenced, even by constitutionally minded election integrity experts. 18USC611 makes it unequivocal and non-debatable that one must be a lawful U.S. Citizen to vote in a U.S. Federal Election. Continue…

Suspect in UK Mass Stabbing that Killed Three Young Girls Faces Additional Terrorism and Biological Weapon Offenses

In July, The Gateway Pundit reported on the horrifying knife attack in Southport in the northwest of England that left three young children dead, five others in critical condition, and two adults wounded.

The murdered children were nine-year-old Alice Dasilva Aguiar, six-year-old Bebe King, and seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe.

According to AP, a witness described seeing bloodied children running from a community center where a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga event for children aged about 6 to 11 was taking place.

Emergency services responded to the scene, and police reported that they had detained a 17-year-old male suspect and seized the weapon.

Following the attack, protestors took to the streets in 35 towns and cities across the Kingdom. They were branded “thugs” that were “clearly driven by far-right hatred” by Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who then began a crackdown on free speech in the country.

Now it has been revealed the stabbing suspect, Axel Muganwa Rudakubana, allegedly has terrorist ties.

According to an FBI whistleblower, former Directed James Comey inserted two female agents inside the Trump campaign in 2016.

The Washington Times reported that the female agents were directed to act as “honeypots” and travel with Trump and his staff.

This was an “off-the-books” operation and was separate from Comey and Obama’s Crossfire Hurricane operation that that targeted Trump based on false Russian collusion lies.

For years now we have not seen ANY high-level whistleblowers from the FBI during the debunked Crossfire Hurricane investigation of President Trump.

The entire FBI and DOJ was in on this assault on candidate and then President Trump for years despite knowing that the entire investigation was based on a lie that Trump was being influenced by Russia and Putin.

It was later well documented that it was Hillary Clinton who had created the lie from whole cloth. Hillary was later fined for funding the fake Russia dossier that was used to spy on Trump, his family, his campaign, and his administration.

The whistleblower told Congress that the investigation was hid from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, another lackey for the regime.

The details of this investigation was kept from President Trump’s criminal defense counsels.

"In cooperation with regulators, the Corporation has been, and plans to continue, implementing enhancements to these Programs. The Corporation is continuing discussions with its regulators about the Programs, and resolution of these discussions may include one or more public orders by the regulators," BofA continued.

Trudeau’s leadership debate commission selects CBC to host leaders’ debates

The Leadership Debate Commission established by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has selected the CBC to “produce, promote, and distribute” the English leaders’ debate in the next election. At the same time, the broadcaster’s French counterpart, Radio-Canada will do the same for the Francophone debate.

The commission was established in 2018 to organize one French and one English debate in each general election.

The next federal election is set to take place no later than October 2025. However, both the Conservative and the Bloc Quebecois parties have vowed to push for an early election, and the NDP have ended a coalition agreement with the Liberals, meaning an early election is more likely than ever.

The commission appointed the public broadcaster, to stream the events across television and digital platforms, including social media and YouTube.

According to the announcement, the debates will also be available in “Indigenous languages and non-official languages, and accessible in ASL, LSQ, closed captioning and described video.”

The CBC selected the hosts with the direction that there would be only one moderator per debate.

The CBC and Radio-Canada’s mandate from the Commission was to select moderators who on top of being experienced television, panel hosts and journalists, could formulate and pose questions neutrally, were knowledgeable about the politics of the moment and could frame questions in an unbiased and non-partisan way.

In a press release Tuesday, Trudeau’s Department of Finance announced new legislation to amend the Income Tax Act and Income Tax Regulations to protect 'reproductive freedom,' a euphemism for abortion, by preventing the so-called 'abuse of charitable status.'

The Liberal government of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has brought forth legislation that could see pro-life pregnancy centers stripped of their charitable tax status.

In a press release Tuesday, Canada’s Department of Finance announced new legislation to amend the Income Tax Act and Income Tax Regulations to protect “reproductive freedom by preventing abuse of charitable status.” The euphemistic term “reproductive freedom” refers to the so-called freedom to have an abortion or engage in other anti-life practices. The bill was tabled by Trudeau’s Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth Marci Ien.

The finance department said the new law will “require registered charities that provide services, advice, or information in respect of the prevention, preservation, or termination of pregnancy” to disclose where they “do not provide specific services, including abortions or birth control.”

“Under this legislation, a registered charity that provides reproductive health services would need to disclose if, at a minimum, it does not provide the contact information for an abortion services provider and a birth control service provider,” says the finance department.

In effect, the bill would mandate that registered charities disclose whether or not they offer abortion or birth control services or if they provide contact information to those who do, with the department of finance clarifying that “[w]here a charity fails to meet the requirements specified in the legislation, the Minister of National Revenue would be permitted to revoke its registration.”

Members of the Liberal Party of Canada are calling for a secret ballot to determine if Prime Minister Justin Trudeau should step down as the leader of the party, Canadian media reported on Monday.

“I’m very much in favor of a secret ballot. I think it’s time that we clear the air,” Liberal MP Helena Jaczek told CTV News on Monday.

Jaczek said she had “no idea” if Trudeau would reconsider his determination to remain as party leader and prime minister candidate against the Conservative Party, which is currently about 20 points ahead in the polls.

“I would hope that he is considering what he heard from his caucus, from a number of people in his caucus, I think that is significant. Our duty is to report to the prime minister what is going on in our constituencies, and a number of people shared that information,” she said.

Jaczek was referring to a feisty caucus meeting last Wednesday in which Liberal back-benchers lashed out at the increasingly unpopular Trudeau and asked him to step aside.

The unhappy Liberals wrote Trudeau a letter, setting Monday as the deadline to make his decision, but he did not even wait that long, insisting shortly after the caucus meeting that he would remain as party leader.

“I do think that a secret ballot where everyone agrees to accept the results of that vote would help ensure unity with the caucus, unity within our party,” Ontario MP Yvan Baker told CTV, seconding Jaczek’s sentiments.

“Frankly, a secret ballot is the best way for MPs to vote without being worried about consequences or attribution of any kind,” Baker added, pointing to one of the major reasons the rebels want a secret ballot. Some of them are convinced the number of Liberals who wish to oust Trudeau is much larger than the handful who have signed a petition to that effect, but they are afraid to speak out because Trudeau will retaliate against them. The release of an LGBTQ-themed poppy badge has triggered a heated debate in the UK ahead of Remembrance Day.

In the lead-up to the memorial day on November 11, which honors armed forces members who have died in combat, the Royal British Legion (RBL) has listed a poppy brooch with a pride flag attached to it as part of its annual fundraising campaign, the Poppy Appeal.

The RBL is a charity that helps serving and former members of the UK’s armed forces. The Poppy Appeal is held every year during the remembrance period.

The badge featuring the iconic red poppy with the multicolored flag “symbolises support for our LGBTIQ+ community who are a vital part of our Armed Forces past and present,” states the description on the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Shop website.

“It stands in solidarity with those who faced discrimination, especially under the Ban, when being gay, lesbian, or bisexual in the military was illegal,” it added.

Torrential rains hit eastern Spain on Wednesday night. Rainstorms that began on Tuesday caused massive flooding across areas from the city of Malaga in the south to Valencia in the east.

In parts of the region known as the Valencian Community, a year’s worth of rain fell within just eight hours, according to local meteorologists cited by Reuters. The rainstorms resulted in the deadliest flooding in Spain in three decades.

At least 70 people died in the disaster according to El Pais, citing government sources, and some are still missing. The Spanish military has been deployed to assist in the search for missing persons and recover victims’ bodies. Aircraft and specially trained dogs are involved in the operation, the newspaper reported.

The death toll was the highest in the EU since 2021, when at least 185 people died in flooding in Germany. It is the deadliest flood in Spain since 1996, when 87 people lost their lives under similar circumstances.

The Five Eyes intelligence group is reportedly considering the creation of a top-secret cloud environment that would allow its members to more easily share data, the outlet Breaking Defense reported on Tuesday.

Officials from all of the group’s member countries, which include the US, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, reportedly agreed at a recent Department of Defense Intelligence Information System conference (DODIIS) that such technology would “turn information technology interoperability into a reality,” the outlet said.

It is also envisioned that the information stored on the cloud could be “tagged” with metadata that would help identify where the intelligence came from, according to Brig. Gen. Eric Vandenberg, who heads the general intelligence enterprise for the Canadian Department of National Defense.

“Not only would this cloud be a Top Secret cloud, but it would be classification agnostic as well, because the data is all tagged, because all of my users all have the correct digital identities, I can store all the data in the cloud. Former Liberal MP Celina Caesar-Chavannes joined Dr. Jordan Peterson on his podcast, where she discussed her personal experience working under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Caesar-Chavannes was elected in 2015 and left the Liberal caucus to sit as an Independent MP in March of 2019. She had told the Globe & Mail about two weeks before she quit that Trudeau treated her with “hostility” and “anger.”

Now the former Trudeau Liberal in a long-form interview with Peterson has exposed details of Trudeau’s “self-enhancement” and the way he governs based on “feelings.”

Caesar-Chavannes is now pursuing a PhD in motivated cognition, a move “driven” by her experience with the prime minister. She said she’s learning “what motivates people — their self-appraisal, their self-enhancement, their self-verification.”

“Seeing that everything that needed to align for Justin Trudeau at that moment, needed to feed into his feelings or his motivation on self, what he felt about himself,” Caesar-Chavannes told Peterson in an interview released Tuesday. Continue…

Canada must double defence spending to meet NATO commitment by 2032, PBO warns

Canada will need to nearly double its military spending to fulfil its NATO commitment of 2% of GDP by 2032 according to the federal budget watchdog.

Additionally, the Parliamentary Budget Officer estimated that Canada would miss the target by even more than the Liberals initially projected.

According to a PBO report released Wednesday, the Liberals’ current forecast falls short, reaching only 1.76% of GDP by 2029-30, which itself is based on flawed GDP growth forecasts.

“The 1.76% figure is based on an erroneous GDP forecast: the nominal GDP growth rates applied in this forecast for fiscal years 2025-26 through 2029-30 average around 1.7%,” reads the report. “Such low growth rates are unlikely to outpace inflation and imply a four-year economic recession, almost twice the length of the country’s longest recession in the last 40 years.”

In reality, the PBO said that military spending will only reach 1.58% of GDP by 2029-30, based on substituting the flawed GDP forecast with more accurate projections from the PBO and Department of Finance, leaving a 0.42% point gap to meet the target by 2032.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said at the NATO summit in July that Canada would not meet the 2% target until 2032.

Government appointee calls to censor, track and criminalize “residential school denialism”

Government-appointed special interlocutor on residential schools Kimberly Murray released her final report on Tuesday, and is again calling for those who question the residential schools narrative in Canada to be fined or jailed, as well as tracked by the feds.

Murray was appointed in 2022 by Justin Trudeau’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General at the time, David Lametti.

In her June 2023 Interim Report, Murray urged the federal government to implement “legal mechanisms to address denialism, including implementing criminal and civil sanctions.”

Her October 2024 “Final Report on the Missing and Disappeared Indigenous Children and Unmarked Burials in Canada” again asks the federal government to make “downplaying” or “justifying” the residential school system illegal.

“The federal government must amend the Criminal Code, making it an offence to wilfully promote hatred against Indigenous Peoples by condoning, denying, downplaying, or justifying the Indian Residential School System or by misrepresenting facts relating to it,” the report reads. “The federal government must include provisions in Bill C-63: An Act to Enact the Online Harms Act to address the harms associated with denialism about Indian Residential Schools.”

Murray also calls for the implementation of a government-run system to track dissenters. She writes that the federal government must combat Indian Residential School denialism by “tracking the dissemination of disinformation and misinformation about Indian Residential Schools, missing and disappeared children, and unmarked graves and burial sites.”

Murray writes that online social media platforms, digital companies, and search engines must be government-regulated and required to “immediately remove the dissemination of misinformation, disinformation, and falsehoods about Indian Residential Schools, missing and disappeared children, and unmarked graves and burial sites.” Continue…
