Possible formatting guidelines

Suggesting we go light on formatting. Shall we take cues from an industry that has focused on communication for a very long time… publishing? In mag articles, there are headings in bold, and bold is used only for headings. Any other formatting only slows down the authorship IMHO. Oh and no big wall of text = reasonable paragraphs.
