Anyways I doubled my vote by bringing a neighbor. Maybe give your neighbors motivation by letting them know, buy them dinner, or give em $20-40. Gen X and Boomers really respond well if you bring up the LGBT faggot stuff.

Some people just really appreciate it if you just keep them company by taking them to the election place too. Literally on election day just knock on a door until you find some old lady to take there with you.
