Heard a war vlogger say they (NK) are destined, if true, to fight in the Kursk area which is on RUS territory, pre-2014. They would not be fighting in the territory of UKR. If Putin lets NK join and fight on UKR territory, then the entire premise of the “Special Military Operation”, and most importantly, preventing other countries from intervention is in question. If NK can join and fight in UKR, then any outside country can intervene. Would be extremely surprised if Putin permitted to fight in UKR.
