It's a hoax by two B-Grade film writers.
Don and Carla were writing and acting in B-Grade, soft core porn films, in the mid 70's. "Invasion of the girl Snatchers" 1973 and Carla servicing two men. The music for this film is from Jim McCarty, who later married Carla and participated in the "Law of One" hoax.
Eight years before Carla channels "Ra the alien" who tells her about Atlantis, Carla's production company is already called Atlantis Productions. The "Prophet" character in the 1973 soft core porn film, delivers Carla's lines "I am the Prophet. Greetings people all in my realm to see the power and magnificence of my work". and "I doubt his ability to pierce the astral shell to clear the vortex of meaning".
Carla recycles her screenplay lines eight years later as the channelled words of "Ra the alien".
