If in the same business I would expect every underhanded trick thrown at me to advance his agenda.

Awan was a IT Paki spy that worked for DWS and house dems. Transferred gigabytes of data off site. Well then most likely he had all the DNC server data as well as the Dem House server. Hilliary's not near as likely. I still don't think he should have gotten that deal, but the timing is right.
