had similar experience in the states.. in 2020 or 2021 was doing the remote learning with a 2nd grader (8?) and social studies went from ancient chinese inventions to Hindu gods.. and i'm helping her because its all online and she can't really use the internet yet, not allowed.. and i'm like wtf are they teaching these kids? my kid as to say "the god of creation is vishnu" to get good points? fuck this BS, why does a 2nd grader need to explore foreign faiths, they haven't even gotten a chance to learn their own culture and we're filling their heads with long expired hash-head ideas
