seniors, please help.

have mid-80s elderly parents who need help gettting free incontinence supplies and i really don't know what i'm doing or how to go about where to look.

it won't be until 2025 that i'll be able to move whole family to be with them.

any and all suggestions fully helpful, needed and appreciated.
