Here is what I think happened:

Trump confronts McDonalds with evidence of their crimes up to and maybe including human body parts ground up in meat.

Trump offers deal.

McD's will survive if they start cooking healthy food and turn against their cabal controllers (jews).

McD's hedges for several years waiting to see which way politics go.

McD's has decided to take the deal and will be the first big fast food Corp to turn.

Trump working at McD's is signal to all corps worldwide that McD's turned.

Cabal shoots e-coli arrow at McD's next day in final pathetic and futile effort to warn all worldwide corps to toe the line

Trump always knew they would take the deal because of Barons time travels so he never disparaged McD's along the way. He always showed support for them by eating McD's and providing McD's to white house guests.

There doesn't have to be human meat in every product they sell. In every store around the world. And there could be other crimes as well.

Maybe he knows it was an isolated case around a certain geographical area and it happened in the past. Or maybe it didn't happen at all, anywhere.
