I've been shedding the pounds myself. Over a long period of time, maybe 3-4 years, I've gone down from 300lbs+ to about 215. Let me tell you, I haven't felt this great in years.
Force yourself to eat, your appetite will come back eventually.
I would quit smoking, but fuck that. Life is short and I'm gonna enjoy it. With my luck I'll be dead before it bites me in the ass anyway kek.
And to add on to my smoking, i at least roll my own ciggs and don't smoke that filtered prepacked shit.
